A party or support enforcement agency seeking to enforce a\n\nsupport order or an income-withholding order, or both, issued in\n\nanother state or a foreign support order may send the documents\n\nrequired for registering the order to a support enforcement agency\n\nof this state.\n\nB. Upon receipt of the documents, the support enforcement\n\nagency, without initially seeking to register the order, shall\n\nconsider and, if appropriate, use any administrative procedure\n\nauthorized by the law of this state to enforce a support order or an\n\nincome-withholding order, or both. If the obligor does not contest\n\nadministrative enforcement, the order need not be registered.
