A nonregistering party seeking to contest the validity or\n\nenforcement of a registered support order in this state shall\n\nrequest a hearing within the time required by Section 601-605 of\n\nthis title. The nonregistering party may seek to vacate the\n\nregistration, to assert any defense to an allegation of\n\nnoncompliance with the registered support order, or to contest the\n\nremedies being sought or the amount of any alleged arrearages\n\npursuant to Section 601-607 of this title.\n\nB. If the nonregistering party fails to contest the validity or\n\nenforcement of the registered support order in a timely manner, the\n\norder is confirmed by operation of law.\n\nC.
