Stat. tit. 43, § 43-601-609","heading":"Procedure to register child support order of another","body":"state for modification.\n\nA party or support enforcement agency seeking to modify, or to\n\nmodify and enforce, a child support order issued in another state\n\nshall register that order in this state in the same manner provided\n\nin Sections 601-601 through 601-608 of this article if the order has\n\nnot been registered. A petition for modification may be filed at\n\nthe same time as a request for registration or later.
