Stat. tit. 43, § 43-601-612","heading":"Recognition of order modified in another state","body":"If a child support order issued by a tribunal of this state is\n\nmodified by a tribunal of another state which assumed jurisdiction\n\npursuant to the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act, a tribunal of\n\nthis state:\n\n1. May enforce its order that was modified only as to arrears\n\nand interest accruing before the modification;\n\n2. May provide appropriate relief for violations of its order\n\nwhich occurred before the effective date of the modification; and\n\n3.
