In a support proceeding under this article, the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Human Services of this state shall:\n\n1. Transmit and receive applications; and\n\n2. Initiate or facilitate the institution of a proceeding\n\nregarding an application in a tribunal of this state.\n\nB. The following support proceedings are available to an\n\nobligee under the Convention:\n\n1. Recognition or recognition and enforcement of a foreign\n\nsupport order;\n\n2. Enforcement of a support order issued or recognized in this\n\nstate;\n\n3. Establishment of a support order if there is no existing\n\norder, including, if necessary, determination of parentage of a\n\nchild;\n\n4. Establishment of a support order if recognition of a foreign\n\nsupport order is refused under paragraphs 2, 4 or 9 of subsection B\n\nof Section 601-708 of this title;\n\n5. Modification of a support order of a tribunal of this state;\n\nand\n\n6. Modification of a support order of a tribunal of another\n\nstate or a foreign country.\n\nC. The following support proceedings are available under the\n\nconvention to an obligor against which there is an existing support\n\norder:\n\n1. Recognition of an order suspending or limiting enforcement\n\nof an existing support order of a tribunal of this state;\n\n2. Modification of a support order of a tribunal of this state;\n\nand\n\n3. Modification of a support order of a tribunal of another\n\nstate or a foreign country.\n\nD.
