Except as otherwise provided in this article, Sections 601-\n\n605 through 601-608 of Title 43 of the Oklahoma Statutes apply to a\n\ncontest of a registered convention support order.\n\nB. A party contesting a registered convention support order\n\nshall file a contest not later than thirty (30) days after notice of\n\nthe registration, but if the contesting party does not reside in the\n\nUnited States, the contest must be filed not later than sixty (60)\n\ndays after notice of the registration.\n\nC. If the nonregistering party fails to contest the registered\n\nconvention support order by the time specified in subsection B of\n\nthis section, the order is enforceable.\n\nD. A contest of a registered convention support order may be\n\nbased only on grounds set forth in Section 601-708 of Title 43 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes. The contesting party bears the burden of\n\nproof.\n\nE. In a contest of a registered convention support order, a\n\ntribunal of this state:\n\n1. Is bound by the findings of fact on which the foreign\n\ntribunal based its jurisdiction; and\n\n2. May not review the merits of the order.\n\nF. A tribunal of this state deciding a contest of a registered\n\nconvention support order shall promptly notify the parties of its\n\ndecision.\n\nG.
