Stat. tit. 43, § 43-601-710","heading":"Recognition and enforcement of registered foreign","body":"support agreements - Exceptions.\n\nA. Except as otherwise provided in subsections C and D of this\n\nsection, a tribunal of this state shall recognize and enforce a\n\nforeign support agreement registered in this state.\n\nB. An application or direct request for recognition and\n\nenforcement of a foreign support agreement must be accompanied by:\n\n1. A complete text of the foreign support agreement; and\n\n2. A record stating that the foreign support agreement is\n\nenforceable as an order of support in the issuing country.\n\nC. A tribunal of this state may vacate the registration of a\n\nforeign support agreement only if, acting on its own motion, the\n\ntribunal finds that recognition and enforcement would be manifestly\n\nincompatible with public policy.\n\nD. In a contest of a foreign support agreement, a tribunal of\n\nthis state may refuse recognition and enforcement of the agreement\n\nif it finds:\n\n1. Recognition and enforcement of the agreement is manifestly\n\nincompatible with public policy;\n\n2. The agreement was obtained by fraud or falsification;\n\n3. The agreement is incompatible with a support order involving\n\nthe same parties and having the same purpose in this state, another\n\nstate or a foreign country if the support order is entitled to\n\nrecognition and enforcement under this act in this state; or\n\n4. The record submitted under subsection B of this section\n\nlacks authenticity or integrity.\n\nE.
