Stat. tit. 43A, § 43A-1-110.1","heading":"Mental Health Transport Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to\n\nbe designated the “Mental Health Transport Revolving Fund”. The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nDepartment from appropriations or other monies directed to the fund.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department to\n\ncarry out the provisions of Section 1-110 of Title 43A of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.
