On or before January 1, 2024, the Office of the Attorney\n\nGeneral shall establish and maintain the Vulnerable Adult Abuse,\n\nNeglect and Exploitation Registry, accessible to the public in an\n\nelectronic format and updated quarterly, to address:\n\n1. A procedure for recording individuals on the registry who\n\nhave been found guilty by a court of law or entered a plea of guilty\n\nor nolo contendere to a charge of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of\n\na vulnerable adult; and\n\n2. Disclosure requirements for information that is accessible\n\non the registry.\n\nB. The Vulnerable Adult Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation\n\nRegistry shall include, but not be limited to:\n\n1. The full name of the individual;\n\n2. Information necessary to identify the individual;\n\n3. The disposition and other identifying case information\n\nregarding convictions or confessions of abuse, neglect, or\n\nexploitation in a court of law; and\n\n4.
