In the absence of knowledge of the revocation of an advance\n\ndirective for mental health treatment, a person is not subject to\n\ncivil or criminal liability or discipline for unprofessional conduct\n\nfor carrying out the advance directive for mental health treatment\n\npursuant to the requirements of the Advance Directives for Mental\n\nHealth Treatment Act.\n\nB. A physician or psychologist whose actions under the Advance\n\nDirectives for Mental Health Treatment Act are in accord with\n\nreasonable medical standards or standards of mental health\n\ntreatment, is not subject to criminal or civil liability or\n\ndiscipline for unprofessional conduct with respect to those actions.\n\nC.
