Any person who willfully conceals, cancels, defaces, alters,\n\nor obliterates the advance directive for mental health treatment of\n\nanother without the declarant's consent, or who falsifies or forges\n\na revocation of an advance directive of another, shall be, upon\n\nconviction, guilty of a misdemeanor.\n\nB. A person who in any way falsifies or forges the advance\n\ndirective for mental health treatment of another person, or who\n\nwillfully conceals or withholds personal knowledge of a revocation\n\nof an advance directive for mental health treatment, shall be, upon\n\nconviction, guilty of a misdemeanor.\n\nC. A person who requires or prohibits the execution of an\n\nadvance directive for mental health treatment as a condition for\n\nbeing insured for, or receiving, health care services shall be, upon\n\nconviction, guilty of a misdemeanor.\n\nD. A person who coerces or fraudulently induces another person\n\nto execute a declaration or revocation shall be, upon conviction,\n\nguilty of a Class D1 felony offense and shall be punished as\n\nprovided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nE.
