Stat. tit. 43A, § 43A-2-303","heading":"Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse","body":"Services Revolving Fund.\n\nA. 1. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a\n\nrevolving fund for the Department of Mental Health and Substance\n\nAbuse Services to be designated the \"Department of Mental Health and\n\nSubstance Abuse Services Revolving Fund\".\n\n2. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of monies received by each\n\nfacility and office of the Department as:\n\na. reimbursements from persons and agencies for the care\n\nof consumers,\n\nb. reimbursements from other state agencies and entities\n\nof government,\n\nc. all reimbursements received by the Department from the\n\nUnited States government or pursuant to proceedings in\n\ndistrict court to enforce claims for the cost of care\n\nand treatment of consumers,\n\nd. earnings and proceeds in the conduct and management of\n\nthe dairy, farm, truck, garden, livestock and any\n\nindustries of such facilities,\n\ne. receipts from sale of excess byproducts, excess\n\nproperty and salvage items,\n\nf. certification fees,\n\ng. gifts, donations and bequests, and\n\nh. receipts from other ancillary services, not otherwise\n\nprovided by law.\n\nB. 1. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department of\n\nMental Health and Substance Abuse Services for the general operating\n\nexpenses of facilities and offices of the Department of Mental Health\n\nand Substance Abuse Services.\n\n2.
