Stat. tit. 43A, § 43A-2-307","heading":"Property to state in trust for mentally incompetent or","body":"poor person - Validity - Minimum amount.\n\nAny will or conveyance by which any real or personal estate may\n\nbe directed to be sold or converted into money, and the proceeds\n\npaid over to the state, or the Treasurer thereof, in trust for any\n\ninsane person, and any will bequeathing or deed conveying any money\n\nto this state or the people thereof, in trust for any insane person\n\nor poor person, is hereby declared to be legal and valid, as to such\n\ntrust, and the trust so reposed and declared shall be accepted\n\nsubject to the conditions, restrictions and limitations contained in\n\nthis act.
