Stat. tit. 43A, § 43A-2-310","heading":"Intra-agency Reimbursement Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to\n\nbe designated the \"Intra-agency Reimbursement Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations. Revenues to the fund shall consist only of intra-\n\nagency payments from the allocation of operating costs among\n\nbudgeted activities. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund\n\nare hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nDepartment of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services for\n\noperating expenses of the Department of Mental Health and Substance\n\nAbuse Services.
