There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse\n\nServices to be designated the “County Community Safety Investment\n\nFund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies appropriated to\n\nthe fund under Section 633 of this title.\n\nB. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund shall be\n\nbudgeted and expended by the Department of Mental Health and\n\nSubstance Abuse Services for the sole purpose of providing funds to\n\ncounties for development and implementation of the programs listed\n\nin Section 4 of this act.\n\nC. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants\n\nissued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by\n\nlaw with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for approval and payment.\n\nAdded by State Question No. 781, Initiative Petition No. 405, § 2,\n\nadopted at General Election held on Nov. 8, 2016, eff.
