Stat. tit. 43A, § 43A-2-312.3","heading":"Compliance","body":"\n\nAn amount equal to the savings calculated by the Legislative\n\nOffice of Fiscal Transparency pursuant to Section 632 of this title\n\nshall, subject to appropriation by the Legislature, be paid to the\n\nCounty Community Safety Investment Fund created in Section 631 of\n\nthis title.\n\nThis section is intended to comply with, and is subject to,\n\nArticle V, Section 55, Article VI, Section 12, Article X, Section\n\n23, and the other applicable provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nConstitution.\n\nAdded by State Question No. 781, Initiative Petition No. 405, § 4,\n\nadopted at General Election held on Nov. 8, 2016, eff.
