The Carl Albert Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse\n\nServices Center, McAlester, Oklahoma, and the Jim Taliaferro\n\nCommunity Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Center, Lawton,\n\nOklahoma, are hereby designated as institutions within the\n\nDepartment of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and shall\n\nbe operated under the supervision of the Department of Mental Health\n\nand Substance Abuse Services.\n\nB. The Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services\n\nis authorized to effect the transfer of property; records;\n\nequipment; supplies and funds to include, if appropriate, revolving\n\nfunds; and encumbrances from Griffin Memorial Hospital to the\n\nappropriate institution designated in subsection A above.\n\nC. There is hereby created a petty cash fund at the Carl Albert\n\nCommunity Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Center and at\n\nthe Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse\n\nServices Center.
