The Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health and Substance\n\nAbuse Services Center, Norman, Oklahoma, is hereby designated a\n\nfacility within the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse\n\nServices and shall be operated under the supervision of the\n\nDepartment of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.\n\nB. The Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services\n\nis authorized to effect the transfer of property, records,\n\nequipment, supplies and funds to include, if appropriate, revolving\n\nfunds, and encumbrances from Griffin Memorial Hospital to the\n\nfacility designated in subsection A above.\n\nC. There is hereby created a petty cash fund at the Central\n\nOklahoma Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services\n\nCenter, Norman, Oklahoma.
