The Children's Recovery Center of Oklahoma, Norman,\n\nOklahoma, is hereby created and designated a facility within the\n\nDepartment and shall be operated under the supervision of the\n\nDepartment. The Children's Recovery Center of Oklahoma shall\n\nconsist of:\n\n1. The Adolescent Unit, a building constructed pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Section 10, Chapter 341, O.S.L. 1981, Section 20,\n\nChapter 374, O.S.L. 1982, Section 32, Chapter 326, O.S.L. 1983 and\n\nSection 114, Chapter 296, O.S.L. 1984; and\n\n2. The Leland Wolf Unit, formerly known and designated as the\n\nLeland Wolf Rehabilitation Center of Central State Griffin Memorial\n\nHospital.\n\nB. There is hereby created a petty cash fund for the Children's\n\nRecovery Center of Oklahoma. The Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services and Commissioner of Mental Health\n\nand Substance Abuse Services are authorized to fix the maximum\n\namount of this petty cash fund and the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services shall prescribe the rules and\n\nprocedures for the administration of this petty cash fund.","path":["OK Code","Title 43A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os43A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a730dfef8b83164ccac9150daeb782510d0be49c406212b40de7cde3d6b414b3","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-43a-43a-3-103","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-43a-43a-3-107"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
