The Northwest Center for Behavioral Health at Fort Supply,\n\nOklahoma, is hereby created and designated a facility within the\n\nDepartment of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. The\n\nfacility shall be operated under the supervision of the Department\n\nand shall consist of those entities formerly known as:\n\n1. Western State Hospital, Fort Supply;\n\n2. Northwest Oklahoma Community Mental Health and Substance\n\nAbuse Services Center;\n\n3. Fort Supply Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center at Fort\n\nSupply; and\n\n4. Western State Psychiatric Center, Fort Supply.\n\nB. Northwest Center for Behavioral Health shall serve as a\n\nregional inpatient mental health and substance abuse services center\n\nserving counties deemed appropriate by the Commissioner of Mental\n\nHealth and Substance Abuse Services. Northwest Center for\n\nBehavioral Health shall also provide outpatient mental health and\n\nsubstance abuse services to Alfalfa, Beaver, Cimarron, Ellis,\n\nHarper, Major, Texas, Woods and Woodward Counties, and any other\n\ncounties deemed appropriate by the Commissioner.\n\nC.
