The \"Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health\" is hereby created\n\nand designated as a facility within the Department of Mental Health\n\nand Substance Abuse Services and shall be operated under the\n\nsupervision of the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse\n\nServices.\n\nB. There is hereby created a petty cash fund for the Tulsa\n\nCenter for Behavioral Health.
