Stat. tit. 43A, § 43A-3-111","heading":"Northwest Center for Behavioral Health - Transfer of","body":"land, buildings and equipment to Corrections Department - Services -\n\nRecords.\n\nA. The provisions of this section shall not become effective\n\nuntil funding to implement this section is authorized by the\n\nLegislature.\n\nB. Except as provided in subsection C of this section, the\n\nland, and all buildings and equipment attached thereto, at Northwest\n\nCenter for Behavioral Health at Fort Supply, Oklahoma, shall be\n\ntransferred from the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse\n\nServices to the Department of Corrections. The transfer shall be of\n\nsurface rights only and all interest in mineral rights shall be\n\nretained by the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse\n\nServices. The transferred land shall be used for a correctional\n\ninstitution to incarcerate prisoners of minimum security\n\nclassification.\n\nC. The Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services\n\nshall retain the following land, all buildings and equipment\n\nattached thereto, which shall comprise Northwest Center for\n\nBehavioral Health:\n\nBeginning at a point 732 ft. North and 33.0 ft. East of the 1/4\n\nsection corner common to Sections 8 and 9, T-24-N, R-22-W, thence\n\nN89 37 26E, 3877.0 ft., thence S02 07 26W, 318.0 ft., thence N75 55\n\n34W, 115 ft., thence S42 17 05W, 85.0 ft., thence S13 46 36W, 228.0\n\nft., thence N76 13 24W, 122.0 ft., thence S14 06 36W, 230.0 ft.,\n\nthence N75 53 24W, 163.0 ft., thence S13 56 36W, 185.0 ft., thence\n\nN76 03 24W, 220.0 ft., thence S84 31 16W, 378.0 ft., thence S22 09\n\n00W, 347.0 ft., to the North R/W line of S.H.3, thence N67 51 00W\n\nalong the R/W line 2601.99 ft. to the P.C. of a curve, thence 142.19\n\nft. along a curve to the left having a radius of 1959.86 ft., the\n\npoint being on the East R/W line of the N and S section line, thence\n\nN00 16 54W along the R/W line 157.16 ft. to the point of beginning.\n\nThe described tract contains 61.70 acres more or less.\n\nD. The Department of Corrections and the Department of Mental\n\nHealth and Substance Abuse Services shall enter into cooperative\n\nagreements to provide the following services:\n\n1. Security personnel;\n\n2. Utilities;\n\n3. Water;\n\n4. Sewage;\n\n5. Maintenance of grounds;\n\n6. Electrical maintenance and repair;\n\n7. Carpentry;\n\n8. Printing;\n\n9. Caustic storage;\n\n10. Warehouse facilities;\n\n11. Food service;\n\n12. Laundry service;\n\n13. Sewing;\n\n14. Dental services;\n\n15. Switchboard services;\n\n16. Use of motor pool;\n\n17. Cost and statistics;\n\n18. Supplies, other than pharmaceuticals and laboratory\n\nsupplies;\n\n19. Inpatient infirmary services;\n\n20. Pharmacy;\n\n21. Professional services for treatment alternatives for\n\ndrinking drivers; and\n\n22. Professional services for the Youthful Offender Program.\n\nE. All official records pertaining to the operation of\n\nNorthwest Center for Behavioral Health shall be retained by the\n\nDepartment of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
