Stat. tit. 43A, § 43A-3-112","heading":"Membership in organizations or networks to provide","body":"behavioral health services.\n\nThe Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and\n\nits operating facilities may become members of public or private\n\nbehavioral health consortiums, health maintenance organizations,\n\npreferred provider organizations, and hospital or other health care\n\nnetworks to provide behavioral health services.
