The Attorney General, the Department of Mental Health and\n\nSubstance Abuse Services or the district attorney of the appropriate\n\ndistrict court may bring an action in a court of competent\n\njurisdiction for an injunction against any substance abuse facility\n\nbelieved to be in violation of the Oklahoma Alcohol and Drug Act or\n\nany order or determination of the Department.\n\nB. In any action for an injunction brought pursuant to this\n\nsection, any findings of the Department, after hearing and due\n\nprocess, shall be prima facie evidence of the facts found therein.\n\nC.
