The Attorney General, the Department of Mental Health and\n\nSubstance Abuse Services, or any district attorney may bring an\n\naction for an injunction against any gambling addiction treatment\n\nprogram found to be in violation of the provisions of Section 18 of\n\nthis act, or any order or determination of the Department.\n\nB.
