The Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services\n\nis hereby authorized to establish and collect certification and\n\nrenewal fees for certification of any program the Department is\n\nauthorized by law to certify, to defray the costs incurred in the\n\ncertification and renewal inspections and procedures.\n\nB.
