The Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services\n\nis hereby authorized to contract with public and private entities it\n\ncertifies, as required by law, for the purpose of providing\n\ntreatment, evaluation, prevention and other services related to the\n\nduties of the Department set forth in this title.\n\nB. The Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services\n\nshall not enter into a contract with any of the following programs\n\nunless such program has been certified by the Department pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of this title:\n\n1. Community mental health centers;\n\n2. Community residential mental health programs;\n\n3. Programs of assertive community treatment;\n\n4. Eating disorder treatment programs;\n\n5. Gambling addiction treatment programs;\n\n6. Programs providing alcohol or drug abuse treatment services\n\nas set forth under the Oklahoma Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services Act;\n\n7. Community-based structured crisis centers; and\n\n8.
