Stat. tit. 43A, § 43A-3-327","heading":"Effective period for Department of Mental Health and","body":"Substance Abuse Services certifications.\n\nAll certifications issued by the Department of Mental Health and\n\nSubstance Abuse Services shall only be effective for the time period\n\nspecified by rules and standards promulgated by the Board of Mental\n\nHealth and Substance Abuse Services or specifically enumerated in\n\nTitle 43A of the Oklahoma Statutes. Unless a renewal of\n\ncertification has been issued in accordance with the rules and\n\nstandards promulgated by the Board, certifications shall be deemed\n\nexpired as a matter of law.
