In addition to the standards for treatment services and\n\nrules of operation required by Section 3-416 of this title, the\n\nDepartment of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services shall\n\nestablish physical facility standards, fire safety standards and\n\nsuch other health and safety standards for halfway houses and\n\ntransitional living facilities as necessary.\n\nB.
