Provide Human Immunodeficiency Virus (H.I.V.) infection\n\neducation sessions to drug-dependent persons in such facility and\n\nshall make said education sessions available to the spouses or other\n\nsexual partners of such persons as part of its treatment program for\n\ndrug-dependent persons; and\n\n2. Refer all drug-dependent persons in its program for Human\n\nImmunodeficiency Virus (H.I.V.) infection testing and counseling.\n\nThe treatment facility shall provide assistance as necessary to\n\nenable drug-dependent persons in its program to receive said testing\n\nand counseling services and may enter into a contract with a public\n\nor private organization for the provision of testing or counseling\n\nservices at the treatment facility site.
