Stat. tit. 43A, § 43A-4-104","heading":"Surgical operations - Notice - Emergency","body":"Before proceeding with any major operation which in the judgment\n\nof the executive director of the facility is advisable or necessary,\n\nthe executive director shall notify or cause to be notified the\n\nspouse, parent or guardian or one of the next of kin residing in\n\nOklahoma, if the information is shown by the records on file with\n\nthe executive director.
