Stat. tit. 43A, § 43A-5-307","heading":"Questioning of applicant by judge of the district court","body":"- Order.\n\nWhen the applicant appears in person before the judge of the\n\ndistrict court and presents the application and the certificate of\n\nthe examining doctor of medicine or osteopathic physician, the judge\n\nof the district court shall fully question the applicant.
