Stat. tit. 43A, § 43A-5-418","heading":"Precommitment screening examination - Copy of order to","body":"be provided examinee - Explanation of examination.\n\nIn addition to the notice requirements contained in the Mental\n\nHealth Law, each person ordered to undergo a precommitment screening\n\nexamination shall receive:\n\n1. A copy of the order requiring the person to undergo the\n\nexamination; and\n\n2.
