Stat. tit. 43A, § 43A-6-101","heading":"Nonresident consumers - Transfer to state of residence","body":"Nonresidents who have been admitted as consumers to a facility\n\nwithin the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services\n\nin accordance with the provisions of this title may be transferred\n\nby the Commissioner of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to\n\nsimilar institutions within the state where they reside.
