Subject to the availability of funds, the Department of\n\nMental Health and Substance Abuse Services shall facilitate the\n\ndevelopment of seven peer-supported, drop-in centers for the\n\nspecific purpose of serving Oklahoma veterans. The Department shall\n\nissue a request for proposal for operation of the centers.\n\nNonprofit organizations based in this state may apply for available\n\nfunding and shall adhere to policies and programs of work developed\n\nby the Department.\n\nB.
