Stat. tit. 44, § 44-208","heading":"Discrimination against officers or enlisted members -","body":"Places of entertainment or amusement - Discharge or hindrance of\n\nduties by employers.\n\nNo person shall discriminate against any officer or enlisted\n\nmember of the National Guard or Civil Air Patrol or a judge carrying\n\nout his or her duties as a member of the Military Court of Appeals\n\nbecause of his or her membership therein. No person shall prohibit\n\nor refuse entrance to any officer or enlisted member of the\n\nUniformed Services of the United States, or of the state military\n\nforces, into any public entertainment or place of amusement because\n\nsuch officer or enlisted member is wearing a uniform of the\n\norganization to which he or she belongs. No employer, officer or\n\nagent of any corporation, company, firm or other person, shall\n\ndischarge any person from employment because of being an officer,\n\nwarrant officer or enlisted member of the military forces of the\n\nstate, or hinder or prevent him or her from performing any military\n\nservice he or she may be called upon to perform by proper authority,\n\nin respect to his or her employment, trade or business.
