Stat. tit. 44, § 44-227","heading":"Architect - Selection - Contract by Adjutant General","body":"The architect for the construction of the facilities of the\n\nNational Guard of the State of Oklahoma shall be selected by a board\n\nappointed by the Adjutant General of the State of Oklahoma to be\n\nnamed the Architect Selection Board. The Architect Selection Board\n\nshall be comprised of three (3) members from the Oklahoma National\n\nGuard Directorate of Engineering Office. The Adjutant General shall\n\nenter into contracts in the name of the State of Oklahoma for the\n\nconstruction of such buildings.
