The Adjutant General, pursuant to authority granted under 42\n\nU.S.C. Section 1856a and applicable Army, Air Force or National\n\nGuard regulations, may enter into a reciprocal agreement with any\n\ncity, county, town or municipal corporation or agency of the State\n\nof Oklahoma maintaining fire protection facilities in the vicinity\n\nof such property, for mutual aid in furnishing fire protection for\n\nsuch property and for other property for which such entity normally\n\nprovides fire protection.\n\nB. Fire protection units will continue under the command and\n\ncontrol of their regular chain of command, but the organizational\n\nunit will come under operational control of the fire protection\n\nservice authorities of the jurisdiction receiving assistance.\n\nC. Each agreement shall include a waiver by each party of all\n\nclaims against the other party for compensation for any loss,\n\ndamage, personal injury or death occurring in consequence of the\n\nperformance of such agreement. Any such agreement may provide for\n\nthe reimbursement of any party for all or any part of the cost\n\nincurred by such party in furnishing fire protection for or on\n\nbehalf of any other party.\n\nD.
