Subject to the conditions and limitations established in\n\nregulations promulgated by the Governor, the state military forces\n\nmay use all appropriate means necessary to protect assets vital to\n\nnational security classified as such pursuant to the rules,\n\nregulations or instructions promulgated by the United States\n\nDepartment of Defense or the military departments of the United\n\nStates Department of Defense or as otherwise ordered by the\n\nGovernor.\n\nB.
