The Adjutant General is authorized to enter into contracts\n\nto lease or rent facilities. The Adjutant General is authorized to\n\nwaive all charges or fees, or any portion thereof, for use of\n\nfacilities by a charitable organization when such use is in support\n\nof civil authorities for joint training, natural disasters or other\n\ndeclared emergencies in accordance with rules promulgated by the\n\nAdjutant General. The Adjutant General is further authorized to\n\nwaive charges or fees for use of facilities, or any portion thereof,\n\nby a charitable organization when the charges and fees do not exceed\n\nOne Hundred Dollars ($100.00).\n\nB. As used in this title:\n\n1. \"Civil authorities\" means those elected and appointed\n\nofficers and employees who constitute the government of the United\n\nStates, the government and agencies of the State of Oklahoma, county\n\nand municipal governments within the State of Oklahoma, and\n\npolitical subdivisions thereof;\n\n2. \"Charitable organization\" means an entity described in\n\nSection 501(c)(3) of Title 26 of the United States Code; and\n\n3. \"Military reservations\", without limitation, include\n\nmilitary installations, armories, air bases, and facilities owned or\n\ncontrolled by the state for military purposes.\n\nC.
