Stat. tit. 44, § 44-233.14","heading":"Military Justice Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Military Department to be designated the \"Military\n\nJustice Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies\n\ndirected for deposit to the fund by law. All monies accruing to the\n\ncredit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the Oklahoma Military Department for the purpose of\n\nprosecuting military misconduct as needed.
