The Adjutant General is hereby authorized and directed to\n\nenter into, in the name of the state, and to take all actions\n\nnecessary to execute the terms of a National Guard armory building\n\nconstruction or expansion, rehabilitation or conversion of existing\n\nbuilding agreements with the United States of America.\n\nB.
