Stat. tit. 44, § 44-233.7","heading":"Oklahoma Military Department Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Military Department to be designated the \"Oklahoma\n\nMilitary Department Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\nany monies received by the Oklahoma Military Department from the\n\nsale of surplus property, fees and receipts collected pursuant to\n\nthe Oklahoma Open Records Act, interagency reimbursements, federal\n\nfunds unless otherwise provided by federal law or regulation, gifts,\n\nbequests, contributions, devises, any other source, and the proceeds\n\nof property sold or otherwise disposed of pursuant to the provisions\n\nof subsection B of Section 233.3 of this title. All monies accruing\n\nto the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be\n\nbudgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Military Department for\n\nconstruction, repairs, and maintenance, equipment for facilities of\n\nthe Oklahoma National Guard, or for operating expenses of the\n\nOklahoma Military Department. Expenditures from said fund shall be\n\nmade upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims\n\nfiled as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services for approval and payment. All\n\nmonies in the fund may, at the direction of the Adjutant General, be\n\ninvested by the State Treasurer in accordance with state investment\n\npractices.
