Stat. tit. 44, § 44-235","heading":"Creation of Oklahoma National Guard Museum","body":"There is hereby created the Oklahoma National Guard Museum, to\n\nbe under the supervision of the Adjutant General. The Adjutant\n\nGeneral may appoint an Executive Director to oversee the daily\n\noperations and maintenance of the museum and perform other duties as\n\nrequested by the Adjutant General. Appropriate state agencies are\n\ndirected to make available, for display of items of historical\n\nsignificance and necessary space for administration, the buildings\n\npresently occupied by the Oklahoma Military Department, located in\n\nthe vicinity of 36th Street and North Eastern in Oklahoma City,\n\nOklahoma. The building herein referred to shall be made available\n\nby the Adjutant General as soon as same is no longer needed by and\n\nis vacated by the Oklahoma Military Department. The Executive\n\nDirector, subject to the approval of the Adjutant General, may lease\n\nto the 45th Infantry Division Association, for periods not exceeding\n\none (1) year and with provisions for renewal from year to year, an\n\narea to be used as a gift shop, if the lease does not interfere with\n\nits use by the Oklahoma National Guard Museum.
