Stat. tit. 44, § 44-235.1","heading":"Oklahoma National Guard Museum Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a special fund to\n\nbe known as the \"Oklahoma National Guard Museum Fund\", which fund\n\nshall consist of donations received for operation and maintenance of\n\nthe museum and monies received from the sale of Armed Forces\n\nVeterans Motorcycle License Plates pursuant to Section 1135.5 of\n\nTitle 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund not subject to fiscal year limitations and shall be under the\n\nadministrative direction of the Oklahoma Military Department.\n\nExpenditures from the fund created by this section shall be used\n\nexclusively for expenses of operation and maintenance of the\n\nOklahoma National Guard Museum and shall be made pursuant to the\n\nlaws of this state and without legislative appropriation.
