Stat. tit. 44, § 44-235.2","heading":"Acceptance of gifts for the Oklahoma National Guard","body":"Museum.\n\nThe Adjutant General of Oklahoma is hereby authorized to accept\n\ngifts for and on behalf of the state of military artifacts, military\n\nbooks and maps and materials, supplies and equipment which support\n\nthe construction and operation of the museum which have been or may\n\nbe specifically donated to the Oklahoma National Guard Museum.\n\nThe Executive Director of the Oklahoma National Guard Museum is\n\ndirected to maintain and preserve appropriate records for all such\n\ngifts made to the museum.\n\nUpon declaring that certain military artifacts or military books\n\nand maps belonging to the Oklahoma National Guard Museum are surplus\n\nto the needs of the museum, the Executive Director of the Oklahoma\n\nNational Guard Museum is authorized to effect an exchange of the\n\nsame on an equitable basis for military artifacts or military books\n\nand maps needed by the museum and to sell such military artifacts,\n\nbooks and maps and use the proceeds to fund artifact purchases and\n\nmuseum upgrades.","path":["OK Code","Title 44"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os44.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"23529c1ddffcd925d33ba732ecc69b9dea7b709a09bb00a1775b8533e3b100c3","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-44-44-235.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-44-44-237"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
