The Military Department of the State of Oklahoma shall\n\ncreate the Oklahoma National Guard Relief Program. The program is\n\ncreated for the purpose of providing financial support to members of\n\nthe Oklahoma National Guard.\n\nB. A review board shall be created for purposes of accepting\n\napplications and donations for financial support and to direct the\n\ndistribution of program monies. The Adjutant General shall appoint\n\ncurrent and former members or their spouses of the Oklahoma National\n\nGuard to serve as board members without compensation or\n\nreimbursement of travel or personal expenses.\n\nC.
