The Military Department of the State of Oklahoma shall\n\ncreate the Oklahoma Tricare Reserve Select Reimbursement Program.\n\nB. In this section, \"eligible recipient\" means an individual\n\nwho is:\n\n1. Eligible for, and currently enrolled in, Tricare Reserve\n\nSelect;\n\n2. A member of the state military forces as defined in\n\nparagraph 56 of subsection A of Section 801 of Title 44 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n3. Serving state active duty as defined in paragraph 54 of\n\nsubsection A of Section 801 of Title 44 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\nand\n\n4. On state active duty orders for thirty (30) days or more.\n\nC. The Department may award grants to an eligible recipient who\n\nmeets the reimbursement application requirements for any of the\n\nfollowing:\n\n1. A premium paid for individual coverage through the Tricare\n\nReserve Select program; or\n\n2. A premium paid for any member of the immediate family of an\n\neligible recipient covered under the Tricare Reserve Select program.\n\nD.
