The Governor is hereby authorized to prescribe rules and\n\nregulations governing the enlistment, organization, administration,\n\nequipment, discipline and discharge of the personnel of such\n\nmilitary forces; to requisition from the Secretary of Defense such\n\narms and equipment as may be in the possession of and can be spared\n\nby the Department of Defense and to extend thereto the facilities of\n\nstate armories, Armed Forces Reserve Centers, readiness centers,\n\nlogistics, aviation, and training facilities, warehouses and their\n\nequipment and such other state premises and property as may be\n\navailable for the purpose of drill and instruction.\n\nB. Members of the Oklahoma National Guard shall be considered\n\npart of state military forces as defined in Section 801 of this\n\ntitle and shall be subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military\n\nJustice.\n\nC. Any full-time state employee that serves in a military\n\ncapacity shall receive compensation equaling the compensation,\n\nbenefits, entitlements, or other compensation received by a full-\n\ntime active-duty service member at the same rank and time in grade.\n\nD. When prescribing the rules and regulations governing\n\nenlistment, organization, administration, equipment, discipline and\n\ndischarge of the personnel of the Oklahoma National Guard, the\n\nGovernor shall issue such rules and regulations in the form of an\n\nexecutive order or in a series of such orders.
