Stat. tit. 44, § 44-26.2","heading":"Requests from Adjutant General for confidential criminal","body":"justice information in administrative or court-martial actions.\n\nThe Adjutant General or the Adjutant General's designee may\n\nrequest from a district attorney or law enforcement agency\n\nconfidential criminal justice information relating to the member of\n\nthe National Guard for use in an administrative or court-martial\n\naction.
